They are sensitive electronic devices that can easily be damaged without proper care. Some products can be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Replacement is possible only in case of factory defects or transport damage during delivery. If an item is received damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges are generally for the exact same product, but we will consider alternative exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis. An exchange is not a return. Exchange is for the same or similar item in case of failure or damage. Replacement for manufacturer defects is at our discretion directly through us or the manufacturer. After 14 days, the warranty always runs through the manufacturer. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to us or shipping all replacements and defects.

Returns: We do not offer returns on our products. All sales are considered final due to the nature of airsoft products. Replacement for defects is only possible within 14 days. We offer some exceptions for returns on a case-by-case basis, but in general, all sales are final.

Weapon Warranties: Weapons have a full warranty directly through the manufacturer on ALL weapons. Umarek, G&G, Valken, ASG and others have an extended warranty of 30 days - 1 year, depending on the item. Ask the manufacturer about the warranty against defects. Airsoft Atlanta does not cover returns/warranties for weapons with factory defects after 14 days. Items outside this range are subject to the above 14 day exchange policy. We do not cover shipping costs.
